THE MAT. SYSTEM
- 22 hours per day – is the time for which each aligner must be worn per day
- 14 days – is the time for which each aligner must be word
- All instructions are provided by MAT. (attachments plan + IPR) and must be followed
- MAT. aligners extend approx. 1-3 mm above the gingiva for more stability as well as evenly distributed pressure on teeth and roots
- Each aligner treatment has several phases: a treatment phase, (if necessary) a fine-tuning phase, a retention phase
- You get an all-inclusive price which includes all phases of the treatment – incl. the first retention aligner!
MAT. medical aligner treatments are only available through dentists or orthodontists. We strongly believe that only a trained practitioner can guarantee a medically correct treatment with multiple check-ups.

Our MAT. Portal is created specifically for clinics like yours to easily manage their clear aligner cases. That´s why it´s so clear and intuitive to use. Everything is done in the portal, so no need for chaotic email-exchanges.

PRE-TREATMENT
Consultation & essential records
Before the start of a MAT. aligner therapy, a treatment plan with a 3D simulation is created for every patient. You can proactively approach the patients and offer them a 3D simulation of the teeth correction process.
What we need to create a 3D-Plan:
- OPG (Panoramic X-ray)
- Clinical photos (e.g. with smartphone)
- Intraoral scans
